Yeregui joins the bandwagon of sustainability

03/04/10. Group Yeregui wants to make a wager on the future of architecture so, and in collaboration with the engineering firm Ove Arup & Partners SA., SL MIYABI and TRAM ARCHITECTURE, they have begun the study and development of sustainable housing.

The project seeks to build a new single-family housing model, in this case located in Seville Espartinas term, trying to give these flats with all the items and technology necessary for them to be considered sustainable housing.
However, one major element to consider is a balance between reducing mediambental impact of housing, and try to reduce construction costs for them.
Yeregui Group estimated to be at the end of 2010 when the project will be approved and may begin construction of this house.
With the development of this project, Yeregui Group continues its line of business focused on sustainable construction, which it hopes will be the beginning of many projects.
