This partnership aims to develop and promote housing both for resale and for rental taking into account that in these houses will override the concepts of energy efficiency and sustainability.

Thus, Yeregui Group continues its line of business focused on the oficial construction, who expected to develop numerous projects based on a concept as important as sustainability.

ABOUT YEREGUI

Yeregui Group is made up of a group of companies specialized in the management and development of construction projects. They have more than 70 years of experience working throughout the Spanish territory.

Headquartered in San Sebastian, throughout its history has been done in the rest of Spain opening several delegations. They are currently present in Madrid, Andalusia, Murcia and Catalonia.

The Group also began its international expansion and has offices in Romania and Portugal.
